As much as I've read on this site and books and listened to BP podcasts, my brain has frozen.

I'm just finishing up J Scott's books, which have been extremely valuable too.

He said he would be willing to book the work at his cost.

I purchased a three flat in Old Irving Park (think Addison Blue Line) and am currently living for free from the rental income of my other two units.

I haven't read the book but this was written by @jscott http://www.biggerpockets.com/flippingbook He seems to be pretty successful flipping homes.Good luck

The concept is easy, doing them well requires knowledge, more so than any book or program would disclose.

From there, I read various books as well, but I never got to a place where I felt confident enough to put what I had learned into action.I have recently been reading about the subject of wholesaling, especially on biggerpockets.com.
