But they still like to see my work, so I recently started a little web site so they can see recent jobs - it really helps build trust...and that's the most critical thing I'm not hearing here.I work hard for my clients, including several investors, and they receive tremendous value.

I suspect the elementary school is a "1" or "2" so I wouldn't want to bet on appreciation.You're also pretty close to Atlanta's only war zone (English Ave area) where houses are $10k and crime is a serious issue.

This is my first home, I'm 38, early in my career, and will eventually need to sell the home to buy in my target area.Its probably looking like selling the home and investing the cash until I need to buy down the road will be the best bet.

I bet they won't be paying much.

I'm still unsure what my strategy is going to be, but I do know my overall investment strategy will one day involve real-estate, so I'm here to learn as much as possible.I'm also excited to see where my marketing, branding and web design skills can be married to the business/finance skills to be applied leveraged in real estate deals.
