Advanced startegies are for when U get your experience bucket filled up.. not many investors are going to invest with someone with zero track record so for you to attract doctors that's one thing.. but for most its a non starter.

What is attractive to you about the mid west markets?

Also, in my personal experience, offers with FHA loan(or a low money down in general) financing doesn't seem attractive for a seller.

We're doing major infrastructure changes and laying out plots to make them more attractive and removing junk trailers in preparation to stabilize the park and sell to another buyer.

Also, with higher prices compared to Houston and San Antonio, would you say Dallas as a whole attracts more A-B class tenants?

You don't need to worry about your attractiveness, any brokerage will happily sign you up.

Attractive women make a killing selling high priced property where I live.

Potentially makes the multi family house hack attractive if possible or finding a turnkey that is Airbnb friendly. 

@Christopher Giorgi  Humor aside, my point was that with at least 1.5 baths, a home is a lot more attractive. 

I am just not sure how to attract out of state investors in any fashion.
