And they WAY overpriced the stocks because of it, and those prices came crashing down when people finally realized that growth was just essentially temporary holiday demand.

There's basically a short term plan for temporary use, and a long term permanent use plan.The zoning is commercial in an area where it is primarily commercial (the land is zoned general commercial), but there is some legacy residential/commercial mixed in (think small Doctors type offices with the "Doctor" living on premise.)

I received a certified letter from the city requiring me to board it up by the end of the month at a minimum, but that is only a temporary fix for 90-180 days depending on material used.
