When you join the realtor organization they will tell you what to do  Most of this will be done when you affiliate with a broker.

Hey BP,Whenever I have the time, I like going to seminars and presentations which I've always enjoyed and usually managed to get a little more educated, but over the last while, any that I have gone to here in Atlanta, while being very well attended have been very poorly presented and a real waste of time with little or no beneficial information for the attendees other than a "networking opportunity" and rant from the organizers about the products they're selling.

My question is about how to best organize many rental properties to provide best shield towards potential law suite.From this forum, I read about multiple properties (mortgage free) under one LLC; or one LLC for each properties, which leads to multiple banking accounts/contracts/filing to manage.  

What did everyone else do to find a reputable organization?

The course is extremely well organized and clear as to your progress in getting your license.

As a new years resolution I am cleaning out, throwing out to get organized and de-clutter.

However, just like online banking I think you'll start to see technology take over a sizable portion of the organization of capital.  

Hi Scott,REAPS is the biggest, most organized, and most networked of the local groups. 

I suggest you put together a complete packet of information, well organized, so you can submit it to your lender quickly as soon as the deal is a go.
