My wife and I manage 26 LTR’s by ourselves, have done numerous flips over the years and raised 3 children all while I work 60-80 hours a week in my “regular” job.  

For an investing giant that can employ numerous mentees to do all the calling and researching for them it is a great thing. especially when your mentees are paying you to work for you.

I would also run a LOT more numbers, and do a thorough cost / benefit analysis looking at numerous factors like what I described above.

During the junk out of the unit, the company removing all the junk found 1 loaded gun and numerous knives (not kitchen) as well as baseball bats.  

There are numerous bad degrees that don't yield great job opportunities.
