I am buying insurance on the new condo by adding it to the list of three condos already insured with them.

Also, they don’t list the price on their site.

It was already a MTR, listed on Furnished Finder, so we bought the furniture and furnishings too.

Once you've got all your ducks in a row and you are legal... put your friends property in your name, list it, and the gig will be basically the same as what you're dealing with on your own property.
