I'm not allowed to make any changes to the exterior so I can't make my unit stand out from the rest.There are other rules I have to follow and approval needed for more than cosmetic changes Pros:The HOA takes care of the roof, exterior landscaping, exterior paint, water, part of the insuranceIf you did buy condos you would want to research the property management companies that take care of them.
