I want to make sure we create the best legal entity for protection and tax purposes.

I'm in the process of creating one and I'm not sure what should be included.  

My goal is to become a successful real estate agent, create a cash flow for myself, learn something everyday and help others on their own journey to success as well.

In my opinion, the best way to learn how it all ties together is to create your own pro-forma's instead of using somebody elses. 

If I invest funds from my Roth Solo 401k into a bank savings account that allows me to open the account in the trust's name with the trust EIN, and the bank issues me a 1099-INT at year end, will this 1099 create an issue or confusion with the IRS?

We have a couple leases renewing, and it’s time we stepped up and officially paid someone to create a great Colorado specific lease.

If the contractors are opposed, you could look into creating a company, have the proper insurances in place (GL, workers comp,etc) hire them as an employee of the company, and negotiate a lower compensation.

You'll want to look into creating an entity of some kind to protect yourselves.
