There should be value added to the property, this should reduce vacancy, BUT do the upfront costs and maintenance $'s added to my CapEx budget negate the added value?

It will cost you $150 to rent a truck and $200 or $300 for a couple of people to load and unload the truck. $500 is way cheaper than going another month or two without a tenant.I would ask the tenant what the problem is with moving before doing anything.
