@Tyler Nord  I just did a presentation at Rarebird on out of state investing and I have written an e book on the do's and don'ts and real life expiernieces of someone who has owned hundreds of these assets ( me )  you may want to read this prior to starting any search for Turnkey out of state... there is no recommendations on companys or selling.. just the nuts and bolts of what us west coast Investors need to know prior to investing out of state.. there are many nuance's that you would want to be aware of prior to making an investment or talking or dealing with any company.just PM me and I will send it over..
