Hey Ross, I am in the Clemson Area of the upstate, but have gotten to see the Greenville market grow tremendously in my few years here at Clemson University.

Some places offer a MRED if you want to be a developer, but most universities are out of touch with the real world.

I envisioned that prices in Pittsburgh will come up and eventually level with the other southwest Atlanta beltline neighborhoods, especially if and when most of the properties and parcels along University are developed and University Avenue complete streets project is completed.  

Take out the university (Yale in this instance) and the number one employer such as the well known medical system and you might as well be living in East Berlin in 1946.

Ive done some research and Toledo grabbed my attention and so did Columbus, given that it is a University town.

I know in the BP universe, it's a sexy strategy to get started, but that's mostly in lower-priced markets with more inventory.
