So tons of talk on how things are different but I would argue its all pretty much the same, we just went through the first wave of assets, which is a little less than half of the total.Next our housing starts have been relatively low on a national basis.

If the postings are only visible to your friends, it could be argued that the only people who see them are people you already have a relationship with and therefore it is not a public solicitation.However this is a gray area and I am sure most Securities attorneys would strongly advise against it.

If the landlord was in the garage shortly before the fire, he's going to have an uphill battle arguing that he didn't cause it.I bring this up because if any landlord thinks that he can get away with letting things slip a little because he or she doesn't think the tenant can sue for damages, he or she's got another thing coming.

I'm not saying I discount the % return, I just look at it differently.Some people argue the valuable use of some metrics when evaluating for 5+ MF or commercial and has no use for SFR.

@Joel Florek I've heard this sentiment a fair bit concerning realtors, they often think it's a good deal, but fail to dig deeper other than making a few comps with neighboring properties.I just finished reading Ken McElroy's ABC's of Real Estate Investing, and need to study more on the valuation of such a building.

I think the advice here is all great; I can't responsibly argue against paying down 6% debt.
