A more professional tenant would have just listed everything in poor condition so they would not have to pay anything after they destroy your property.but I think I will not deduct anything since he is letting me in there to replace it. normally I would have to wait till after he moved out so thats a plus.If a tenant stole your furnace, would you replace it for free if the tenant was nice enough to let you into your rental?

With renting a garage you have make sure they are nice and dry which I'm sure you know.

I did not like his tone, btw it was not the first time, even my first email to him about common stuff that he should answer for him was "too much", my first email was about the utilities because they were going to be share with another tenant upstairs...I got very disappointed and I told him that really it was better to keep going each way because I was not the type of tenant he needed and he was not the landlord I needed, I probably be too demanding for him and he will be lay back time as long I don't bother him with calls about a fridge noise (that he told me that the noise of the fridge is not constant).

And that same tone is perpetuated throughout this whole forum.

I would not call buying RE in 1995 and selling in 2005, regarless of positive or negative cash flow, specualtion, as we know that we would profit on the appreciation.That sounds nice, but unfortunately is not true.
