We are currently using Quickbooks but I am wondering if there is any type of add-on or software that can be used to create reports that will show everything for a property including purchase price/current value/mortgage, etc. instead of just the income/expenses that are on the P&L.

They asked if we would like to purchase the townhouse we are living in.

Worst case is all hose red flags are significant and something is amiss.

I would see that as a big fat red flag

For the time being I will be able to easily cover that cost.I have no intention of getting into a new property anytime soon and any other investment vehicle, stock market, will probably not yield over 4% since it seems we are hitting a tipping point.

It's ultra durable, wears well, easy to clean, and relatively cheap to install.Best of luck!
