TBH it's probably best to get with them now while they're still relatively unknown and low base costs I can't imagine that will remain the same for long if they are able to achieve more success an a stronger social following.

I think the best option is to search based on the property type your trying to pick up as the next REI.

Make sure you understand how they are compensated (even within the fee-only realm, there are different compensation structures such as hourly, project-based, etc.)
