Photograph the first property for free???

I’m a photographer, so I’ve been renting my loft/studio to other photo/filmmakers for 25 years and doing VRBO. 

Great for someone looking to live in one apartment and rent out the others as it is only 3.5% of the purchase price as a down payment and often times closing costs can be rolled into the loan.VA Loans: Veterans and active-duty military personnel may use VA loans to purchase investment properties. 

A week later the leasing agent at the new pm went to the house to access the damage and take photographs. 

It is a housing voucher program ONLY for honorably discharged military veterans who have fallen on difficult times. 

I suspect that we will need to have good photographs available on the web of our projects.

I have a pretty good chunk of change saved up, a job, a veteran, very low debt to income ratio, and a decent credit score.

Do the photographs look like they show the apartments in the best possible light? 

I just bought my first house ( oh yeah I’m a 23 year old Veteran ) and i bought with equity about $25K in It and haven’t done any work yet i want do the BRRR method with a equity Line of credit but I’m like what can $25K do .
