Has anyone found a way to transfer property bought with 1031 money and in LLC's name into a family members personal name without paying capital gains tax or what's the best way to go about this that works out for both parties?

Miguelli - When I first got serious about RE investing it was about 2005 and the market looked a lot like it does today; prices were very high and cash flow was very low.

There's some good courses on Udemy that are very cheap to start learning.
