PA has unique financing laws... maybe you know all about those already.

As someone who rents, I'd feel pretty insecure, so I'm interested to know if I'm unique in that sense.

Hello all,I have a unique situation that I am seeking advice for.  

I was wondering if someone might have a suggestion for my somewhat unique situation (lowest fees and reliability would be key) Thanks!

Each one has it's own unique vibe.  

The basic sources of information are; local zoning ordinances, local municipal code, state landlord/tenant laws, consumer protection laws, federal laws, and case law/regulations that interpret each of these unique sources of law.

This is a unique situation probably for sure.

We do have cash to buy a home, was just looking at D4D as a more unique way to find properties vs looking at the MLS. 

@Michael DavisIf you search the BP forums you'll find this particular topic 100's of times and there are strong beliefs on either side of this debate.I think each person is unique and their situation is unique.For me and my situation, I wouldn't hesitate.

Justin R.Definitely hard to find decent rentals in California for cash flow solely.The midwest is generally considered one of the best areas for cash flow as the price of homes compared to rental is rather low.Some southeast markets like Memphis, Birmingham, Jackson.It really depends on what you're looking for.Each area is unique for many reasons.Best of Luck!
