A favorable location can improve the property's long-term value and rental potential.Look at the property type (single-family, duplex, triplex, etc.).

Much of that depends on how many properties, where they are, the type of coverage needed, their age/condition, and more!

If you're not sure how to do this, you might be better off partnering with someone experienced or someone who can provide estimates in your area, considering factors like square footage, mechanical needs (roof, HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and the type of remodel (cosmetic, needs work, or full gut).

However, no differently than any other type of debt it must be used responsibly.
