The airport (up until the outbreak) had record traffic.

This does three things for us, we get new buyers, we get neighbors that see the traffic and want to sell, and we start to build a reserve of bad credit buyers that turn into good buyers month-to-month.

I hope Brandon and the leadership at BP can see these forums and the site overall as a way to connect a community - and I also hope the leadership has its own business interests separate from BP's ability to drive traffic/create revenue/income, etc --- and can view BP more as a service or academic pursuit. 

The seller is told they can avoid heavy foot traffic in the house and sell quickly. 

The traffic is way too low to get any national credit tenants, and with a recession looming on the horizon, retail spaces with mom and pop tenants are the first to go vacant, and they stay that way for a long time.Another negative is the cost to re-tenant.

Maybe it might make sense for them to discount the house to motivate the buyer. 2500 discount later the buyer showed up from being stuck in traffic.

Epic content is what drives the majority of the site traffic from Google, and always will.

Keep in mind a site without the work or expense to get the traffic won't do much good.

I think I'm with you about just generating traffic.
