Assuming there was the space, how easy is it to put it in?

I want to break into the multifamily investing space and I know with no experience I'll "need" a partner with a track record to be taken serious by brokers, lender property managers etc.

4-5% is typical for the "hard money" space right now. 

They don't want to talk to a zillion people, so you're not going to find them in some crowded space with a zillion people in it!

I pair investors with opportunities in residential assisted living space. 

I like the idea of pedestal sink to add feel of more space and prevent water damage. 

I am also looking to get into the Airbnb space in Chicago as well.
