I'm an agent now so I can see both sides of the fence really well.Before I got my license, I used several techniques to try to find a good agent but the thing that ended up working the best was to study all of the local listings (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com) to find the top three agencies in the area (most listings).

Now on the other hand the other tenant states, "I get a three day grace period by law!!!"

Are they all on the same lot, or are they three separate sfr on separate legal parcels?

We have three options in my town and their pricing is very similar so it is pointless to move unless your service is bad.  

Bottom line is you get what you pay for and because wholesalers don't charge subscription fees, time is the commodity you pay with.
