You can literally learn from the experts that are doing deals everyday.Pick up the phone and call some people from the area that you want to invest in.

Just call your local pest control to come lay some traps.

If you quit claim the property back into your personal name, and if you have no lien on the property, you can then do a Fannie Mae cash out called a delayed financing loan at less then 6 months seasoning. 

Find any stats on number of houses sold in the last year.Then I would start interviewing them via a phone call.  

You'll want a plumber you can call on short notice, handyman, etc. 

If it holds at the current assessment showing on their site, at $600 it’s doable.I’ll call the city Monday morning and find out when the final assessments will be released.Thank you so much for pointing this out!

I had a landscaping service call them to schedule a time to look at the tree and talk to them about the removal.

I have no clue how to answer, and the housing authority never answers their phone and hardly returns calls half the time since they're so swamped, so I'm wondering if anyone else might have a clue while I continue to wait to hear back from them.
