I'm nervous about being able to identify a replacement property within the 45 day period and certainly don't want to pay the taxes.

Here's why:- unless you strategically reported your taxes as making 100% income and not reporting an entire loss on your schedule e - you will most likely not find a lender who will qualify you for a HELOC.

They owe about $150k on the property and pay about $1500 for the mortgage.  

I paid 80k for it and owe 37,500 at 3.5%.

Just curious if anyone uses the property's tax assessment in any way when coming up with an MOA when wholesaling vacant land.

She just amended my 2022 taxes and I am getting a very large 5 figure refund from the IRS. 

Property Taxes (never heard of property taxes increasing if you convert a house into a house hack.

If you are in Texas and want to buy Texas tax deeds, I'd think twice about buying a national based program.
