This is a business that involves a lot of personal contacts.

They do not get involved in collecting payments, they just match buyers and sellers and receive half the option money..... then they are done.

Since then I've been reading many RE books (so many books) trying to get a handle on what's involved.

I have thought about getting involved with a mentor so I can get advice on business plan, etc. but don't want to make a bad choice about education.

Please tell us what area of RE are you involved with.

I esp like to write the ones who don't understand how to "create" wealth, but are involved in politics/stock market. no idea if any of my stuff will get printed but it should get read at least. might influence someone.

I suppose I am looking for easy rehabs "carpet and paint" but I have been involved in some pretty major projects in the past and am not opposed to those types of properties.

They are typically way too busy trying to keep up with the list of tasks the banks require to do on a daily basis.

So Taz, how does the compensation work, is the fee a percentage of the value of the land, or maybe a percentage of the sales, also, do you know the names of any such companies that perform these tasks?
