That should suffice in most cases.The other issue is that banks will just not provide a centralized knowledgeable resource for such specialty accounts.

My mentor gave me a list of about 70 target houses in the area, which I have since door knocked and dropped off fliers.I figure the process of finding a ripe deal has a basic system.

Just wondering if anyone out there knows of resources for the mediocre credit having folks :)  Thanks in advance for your help! 

I definitely plan to build a team before I commit to make sure I have the necessary resources on the ground to make the deal successful.

As far as networking, get on 2-3 Facebook groups that focus on target areas and investment strategies of interest.

Hi @Anibal MejiasThanks for the advices I understand now that from one block to the other, it could be 180 degrees difference My main target and strategy is income rental cash flow, yes I get the market’s appreciation is really low, and yes houses are old, but maybe for flippers, it’s not the bestI appreciate everyone’s advices and thoughts I’ll definitely be in touch Thanks
