Do you rely on specific data sources, gut instincts, or perhaps a blend of both?

Vrbo and Airbnb makes it pretty easy to self-manage.Add a great cleaning team and you are 95% of the way there.Its good to locate handymen and the like but those are easy to find on local FB groups or thumbtack.

Also, if you have significant equity in your current home, consider getting a HELOC or 2nd mortgage to pull cash out of the home for the new downpayment.
