The term syndication often is used in a multifamily/commercial or other real estate transaction, where a property is being purchased and the GP needs to raise capital (equity, often) to purchase the asset.

We have a multi family rental unit which uses oil for home/water heating.Our tenants are responsible for purchasing their own heating oil.We are trying to figure out a way to determine when/if our tenant is running out of fuel.Our maintenance person has communicated that one unit has repeatedly run out of fuel, creating an increase service cost on their boiler.I know there are WiFi options to meter usage.

However, I've come across one potential issue that I'd like to clarify.I've read some articles suggesting that in Oklahoma City, it's not possible to purchase a property without using it as a primary residence.

We have Lowes and other accounts to purchase materials for repairs or renovations.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

Has anyone purchased the latest investing course from Jack Bosch?

They'd be making payments to me toward the purchase price -- let's say $250/mo for 5 years, then a lump sum. 

I have spoken to a commercial lender for other properties but not for this one specifically.
