@Mark CreasonI thought you don’t need to pay capitial gains as long as all the money from the sale goes into the reit but once when you take it out from the reit then they hit you with the capital gains.

Go to the movie industry I forgot which dept exactly and let them know you have a space to rent for short lease or whatever you all agree to ,and get top dollar from those entertainment folks who come to the A for work ,and privacy is high priority for them if you allow pets on your property that maybe a plus think of B list actors or just folks who want to feel normal
