With rent prices so crazy in SF that you can make $100K and not afford to live in the city I really think innovative solutions like tiny homes can be a game changer for real estate investment.

I unfortunately have a lot of my funds tied up for the next 3 months and I was wondering if there were any creative financing solutions anyone is aware of for turnkey properties such as this one.

There should be some good locals that monitor that state forum and they will most certainly be newer information sources as well.  

If you participate in the class action you'll surely get at least as good of a credit monitoring service + likely monetary damages, I would not recommend signing up for this BS website setup by Equifax but if you even check if you're affected you will be removed from the class.

No room for delays or emotions in business dealings.All of this assuming you have a good PM and not one that simply takes your money and does not regularly monitor the property and tenants.
