To give a breakdown about my current status see below:-I’m 25 with a fiancé and 1 yr old -Credit Score is 637-First time home owner (6 months in)-Loan Balance is 199,740 @ 5.5% Interest (1550 monthly payment) (FHA Loan)-Appraised Value is 235,000-Currently household income is clearing only $626 a month after bills & living expense.

Try to get yourself noticed on all social media places and know how to use them. 

The biggest concern for me would be the status of the tenants.

I currently don't have taxes that support my status as a landlord this year, and would benefit from alternative views on the income piece.  

Many retail businesses depend on social gathering and they have been hit hard, and many will probably not return due to the extension of SIP guidelines.

Would wait to add it until you have your ops automated and can find better ways to verify the guest quality.To make the listings stand out further, I'd do everything that Airbnb requires to receive the "Family Friendly", "For Work" and "Superhost" statuses.

I also do free prescreening of verifying employment, calling prior landlords, and open source internet of social media and state/county criminal court systems.

For the last 3 days I’ve been calling the company on all numbers to see what’s the status and to see if we are on schedule.

The tax-sheltered status of the IRA is so different than personal investing.
