If you're using transactional funding, have paperwork correct and complete and have your transactions organized, it shouldn't be too much of a hassle to find a title company to work with.  

There are some great markets to find fix & flip for rental as well.As a wholesaler you or your team should have a good pulse on the neighborhood comps, marketing & negotiating skills, and knowledge of rehab costs in order to be successful in acquiring and assigning contracts.Finding motivated sellers - they are on Craigslist, MLS, plus you can locate owners of abandoned & vacant properties.  

Being overseas, the important thing was that they were very organized and had a very user-friendly way of uploading and signing e-docs.

My biggest downfall is I have to admit not always being 100% organized so Im trying to find a good inexpensive software or application to buy to help manage and keep track of my business.

I would allow storage in the area if it was clean and organized but I'm uncertain if tenants will respect the space.

I know what they go through and it takes a personality type that does not stress easily and is well organized then you still need a property manager.  

I've since taken those skills and hired those same contractors again for other properties.

I also rent by the room, but through Non-Profits where the Organization pay's the rents for the tenants.
