We are gearing up to really dive into the Memphis market over the next 6-8 weeks!

I will be arriving in town two weeks before that and I'm wondering if it's possible to propose renting the home for those two weeks.

I have yet to buy a property because I feel like I need to research everything to death before even trying...so I have a question where time is of the essence because it is actually an auction that is coming up in two weeks.

It’s hard because each week when duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes hit the market in my area they are under contract within a day.

Fee simple title can be impaired by liens and mortgages.I am sorry I can not find out if you have to wait the six months. 

I am considering adding a clause to my rental agreements stating that I would only be exterminating for any pests within the first 2 weeks of move-in.

That said we might look at 6 deals a week, and have only purchased 2 over the last 2 years.

She visited NYC for a few days last week but no luck and now her search is online since she is back in the City by the Bay.

My tenant is three weeks late on rent, and he said he cant afford my place and has agreed to move out, however his word means nothing because he lies quite a bit, do I need to still file an eviction or have him sign a contract saying he agrees to move out in a certain time frame.
