You could look for a Keyrenter, RPM, or PMI franchise, they are all typically reputable companies. 

Thor and Flash are a bit more reputable and we'll see if Wasabi can survive an audit or not. 

There will be agents in that group, or people that will be working with a recommended agent in the area that comes with a great reputation.  

I would start with personal savings or a private loan, and worse case go with a reputable local hard money lender.I also wouldn't wait until 2 weeks before the project starts to figure out how to fund it, but thats a different post.Good luck!

@Mayer M.Cost plus can work great if you have a reputable contractor however you can very easily being taken advantage of if the contractor is less then honest.
