A lot of well-known Fishtown/Kensington investors who made a killing buying north of York St. up to Lehigh area of Kenzo the past few years have already begun the push north "beyond the wall" aka the viaduct.

The El will always drive growth but I don't see how this area can improve with everything from North Kensington (Somerset, K&A, Tioga area) being pushed north. 

He pushed back a little bit, but when I offered him another $150 he was more than happy.

I'm not sure this is any different though than what Nathan Juruwitz and Chris Macglaulin pushed about 3 months ago.
