Seller allowed us to perform inspection(for information purpose only) and we discovered few issues(window not shutting down, paint peeled off in bathrooms, exhaust fans in both bathrooms not functioning).

I spoke to one, gave them my info, told them the purpose of the loan, and they said it would be okay.With respect to the bank financing 80%, would that arrangement be more acceptable to them than seller financing, and if not, do they have to even find out?
