Ultimately, it is up to you and what you want to prioritize - there is nothing wrong with getting started in real estate investing right now and at an early age - in fact, as you will find out here on BP, many young adults buy their first property in their early twenties.

You want to have that safety net first, but then everything is just gravy and all of a sudden you are going to have enough for your next one, and then another and another.
