Hi BP Family, Does anyone have recommendations for real estate organizations that are located in Chicago?

It depends on your track record and relationships, but more importantly what the deal can do for everyone involved.

It doesn’t really matter.....assuming the mtg foreclosing was Recorded before the tax lien was, the IRS has 120 days from the sale, or from receiving proper notice of the foreclose didn’t serve them, to redeem (pay you back your purchase price.  

Also, i usually check the Bibb tax assessors website for current and past assessed values at: http://www.co.bibb.ga.us/TaxAs...Click on “Search Records” then “Property Record Cards” and plug in the address and you’ll get some valuable information.

Now I will do more due diligence to make sure Ground Floor is a legit organization.

US bank account for 6 months- this one varies by lender but it makes it much easier- they like to see the money in US accounts3.Articles of organization for LLC4.

We know we are in a desirable school district and we believe we can price our house compared to other properties on Zillow and pulling the sale records from the county in our area.

Although it sounded good and they had an organized presentation, didn't feel 100% right.I ended up doing a little bit more research on some of their projects and heard about some suspect end products (i.e cheap product, things not done right, etc.)

You can look up ownership on county records online if you have any questions. 

If you have a record month celebrate, if you exceed occupancy celebrate, if you get more than projected renewals celebrate, if you collect all the rents celebrate.
