yeah, pain usually is red or black and blue :)As for wall color, I have been using a color from Sherwin Williams called "Softer Tan", but that color can be mixed in almost any other paint brand.

I'm not saying it doesn't exist in your area, but it might not make as much sense as is does for people living in other regions of the US.I would look for a good blue collar neighborhood on the outskirts of austin.

That's what i've heard and from what I know there will be a continuance of growth of warehouse factories which will continue to allow for a blue collar wage earner economy thus stabilizing the housing market where it's at for at least 10 years.
