.- bank just recently issued cancellation of debt to wife for 1st mortgage- wife wants to wash hands of it all and sell vacant lot to meMy discussions with the public adjuster I brought on the case was that since the property no longer exists, the solar lien is wiped out, but I'm not sure.

a business partner of mine was able to get a $50,000 no-payments for 6 months from a family friend and the remaining $187,000 needed for our portion of the loan down payment came from a business partner that went in on the deal with us!

They are a reputable DSCR Lender however it is always smart to shop around on rates and terms and get multiple quotes - no reason to just settle on one!

As I have always had an in house notary in my company.so the on line notary is new to me.. only thing i dont like is getting charged for it.. just like mobile notary I wont pay for those.. if the title company insist on it I push back ***** and whine and just tell them no way am I paying a mobile notary because its your requirement LOL.

@Agustin Conti In the case of these repairs to the driveway and patio/deck I would think they are solely cosmetic and at your discretion as to if you will pay for them unless your insurance company has flagged it and told you to repaint it or repair it which you did not mention so I will assume is a no.
