I had intended to be in Phoenix, but something came up; Retirement is so time consuming ... :)  With my tongue firmly planted in my cheek, what more can I learn from Robert Kiyosaki than "The mistake Rich folks make is not buying actual gold".  

Keeping and organizing the income and expenses is by far the most time consuming part of doing taxes, and even more so for a CPA who is not going to immediately know what they are looking at when you hand them a shoe box of receipts.  

That building class will tend to be a little more resilient to economic downturn since people still need a place to live and you've got people "above" who can filter down to a more modest tier when they can't afford their class A condo anymore.

@Isaac Pyle I would start consuming educational material as much as you can remotely until you move here.

Either way I'm pretty sure it will consume their whole security deposit.

Just make sure you look over the F/F listing agreement carefully...most are not consumer oriented.
