@Andrew Coulter,It will depend on where the market cycle is but selling to another investor wouldn't be much of a problem today. 

I’m not saying people don’t find them, and we have some investors cycling out, but we are largely an appreciation market at the moment.

Experienced ones can suffer in an adverse market cycle if they got too aggressive or financed improperly.

Maybe another reason it doesn’t make sense now is because it seems money is plentiful and deals are more scarce at this point in the economic cycle.
