Can someone recommend a good CPA and RE attorney who is familiar with involving foreign partner and know the rules in Texas?

Hi, I’m just now getting more involved into RE investing.

Get involved with the people who run things AND visit the office for 'Permitting' These guy and gals may have much to share about who's who' and they know the good ones.When you contact these leads you need to say, "It's great to meet you .... the people at Town Hall speak highly of you!"

I would get an attorney involved.  

The City of Independence stated that they have been trying to get USREEB to fix the issue for almost 2 years & I was never even notified of such issue.The tenant moved out Aug 2017 & the property management company kept charging me utilities upwards of $400 when the property was vacant & did not/could not provide me proof or answer why.The bottom of the kitchen sink cabinet was missing & had fungi growth that was never cleaned and replaced.

I've been involved in the KC market for several years.

The cars are nice and the kids looked clean.

Once you start hiring someone to book rentals, clean it, manage it, etc. you lose that extra income and then it makes better sense to rent it long term.
