@Mark Miles Thanks for sharing the info about the Poconos, I have an offer to purchase 3 STR all together spread out in the Poconos and still trying to decide about this area and how quickly I can have them up and running.

That means you can spend up to $70,000 on the purchase price and renovations and it would still be considered a good deal, according to the 70% rule.
