They're likely trying to fix this by asking for a statement on your 401k so they can include it in your file, and make the investor happy... likely it was a reserves piece that was overlooked, a typo, who knows.

This includes a real estate agent experienced in fix and flips, several reliable contractors (since they can sometimes be overbooked or unreliable), and a real estate attorney.

There are definitely lenders out there (my company included) that will refinance with no wait period (seasoning) if rehab has been completed.
