I looked at about 4-5 properties and after running the numbers, this one seemed to work the best.Rental Process- I used the Tellus App and Facebook Marketplace to list the property. 

We left lunch with a list of apps and systems that I personally use, a BiggerPockets analysis, and a game-plan of next steps on screening tenants and landlording.I am excited that I am able to help so many people, especially my friends, get one step closer to financial freedom!

I have had luck with FB marketplace and apps posting in some for sale by owner type groups locally.  

I am wondering if you have any good examples of using google apps to help with your day to day functions.
