Account Closed Cheaper PM web services than Appfolio?

my current employer (a huge PM firm) uses appfolio which is great but their onboarding fees PLUS minimum monthly fees are too high for my private portfolio.are there any cheaper alternatives to appfolio?

Zig Ziegler  and a host of others. virtually everyone you see on a speaking tour.Although I am probably the only one who has acutally been to an Armando event ( unless James has actually been).. he is there the entire time and engages with the audicance etc.I have been to the vegas one where you have the fix and flip vegas stars .. they only come in for about 1 hour of the whole 3 day event..

When you move to serve legal notices they should be served to all those named in the lease and also to "all other occupants" in case there are people residing there who are not on the lease.A good rule of thumb is to be "Friendly, Fair, Firm, Fast, Flexible."
