I would recommend talking to a marketing rep or someone in the company and see if they can do a limited title search for free or something similar (I am in AZ so I am sure it is different where you are) I know down here we charged $65 for a full title search and most people just want to know if there are any liens etc.

I have 5 turnovers coming up in one week in August, the first 3 on the same day so we are allowing a little more time there and hiring help which we normally don't do with just one apartment turning over.Also, do you have any pictures from when the house was empty last time?

I have contacted the licensing board 3 times as well as my local building code office, and each time I have been informed that you the owner, regardless of whether you are hiring a GC, MUST have a contractor's license.
