Mobile homes have lots of repairs, because they use cheap materials, but that also means they're cheap to fix, but will need replacing sooner. 

@Jack Harris & @Melanie Carter sorry I didn't get back to you sooner I somehow didn't get the notification that you guys responded on this thread.

I am thinking it'd be a good way to FIRE sooner or at least to get some lower impact revenue streams going.

Intent can change but the sooner it changes the more suspect the original intent is.

The good thing is that there are no immediate repairs, so won't (shouldn't) be a money pit immediately, but on the other hand, repairs will for sure arrive- and sooner than you expect, and costing higher than you expect!

Without it, do not allow any lease signing/key assigning to happen.Also, if a good applicant can't move in immediately, I will basically tell them that they are first in line but I must continue to show the unit and if another qualified applicant can move in sooner, they I must give it to that person.

What should I do to get inside the unit sooner so that I can rent it out before I loose more time.

An opportunity to rectify the problem will likely arise sooner than the 5 year mark.
